Busy P , real name Pedro Winter , is a French DJ, musician, and label owner, born in 1975. He is best known as the manager of Daft Punk from 1996 to 2008, and as the founder and head of the Ed Banger label, which specializes in indie electronica and dance music. Before working with Daft Punk Busy P organized parties in Parisian clubs. As a DJ, he combines tracks from Ed Banger , Boys Noize Records , and Institubes with indie rock, pop hits, and hip-hop. He also manages the band Justice . Busy P has made a significant contribution to the development of electronic music.
