
Bullet For My Valentine (also known as BFMV or B4MV ) is a British metalcore band from Bridgend, formed in 1998. Originally called Jeff Killed John , the band consisted of Matthew Tuck, Michael Paget, Nick Cranley, and Michael Thomas. The band began with covers of Metallica and Nirvana , gradually moving on to creating their own material. Their debut album "The Poison" (2005), brought them international recognition, featuring hits such as "Tears Don't Fall" and "All These Things I Hate" ." Bullet For My Valentine made a significant contribution to the development of metalcore, combining melodicism with the genre's aggression.
