Brayton Bowman is an American soul singer and songwriter from Philadelphia, born in the 1990s. He attended the Philadelphia High School for Creative and Performing Arts, where he studied classical and choral music and developed an interest in musical theater. After high school, he pursued jazz studies at the Berklee College of Music. In February 2015, he moved to New York City and released the four-track EP HERE/NOW, which earned him recognition from Spin magazine as one of the “5 Artists to Watch” in May. Brayton Bowman continues to contribute to the soul genre with his unique blend of classical training and contemporary influences.
