
Bonfire is a German hard rock band founded in 1972 in Ingolstadt, Germany, by Hans Ziller. Initially, the band performed under a different name, but changed it to Bonfire in 1986 at the request of their record label. The band released several successful albums, including "Fireworks" and "Point Blank" which cemented their status on the international rock scene. Founder Hans Ziller remains the only constant member and holds the rights to the band's name. Bonfire has made a significant contribution to the development of hard rock, particularly in Europe.
