Bass Mekanik is an American DJ and producer from Miami, working in the genres of electronica, dance music, and hip-hop. His career began in 1994 with the release of an album on Pandisc Records . Over more than two decades, he has released 10 studio albums, three singles, and a DVD. In 2009, Bass Mekanik founded his own label Bass Mekanik Records , where he released an album titled "808" His work has had a significant influence on the development of the Miami bass genre and dance music.
