Bambie is a Norwegian bubblegum dance singer from Nordstrand, Oslo. She was born on June 25, 1976, in the Solomon Islands to a Grenadian mother and a Norwegian father. Her stage name alludes to her deer-like eyes. Bambie is best known for her songs " Cowgirl ," " Seventeen " and " Bumble Bee ," which were featured in the Dance Dance Revolution video game series. Her tracks are also available in In the Groove 2 Bambie contributed to the popularization of bubblegum dance outside of Norway.
