Bakar, born Абубакар Бейкер Шарифф-Фарр on February 12, 1992, is a British singer known for his experimental blend of indie rock, hip-hop, and alternative sounds. He made his professional solo debut with the mixtape Badkid in May 2018. His breakout single, "Hell n Back", released in 2019, remains one of his most recognized tracks. On February 25, 2022, he released his debut album Nobody's Home, followed by his sophomore album Halo on September 22, 2023. Bakar has contributed to redefining indie music by incorporating diverse influences and pushing genre boundaries.
