April Stevens (1929–2023) was an American singer who performed traditional pop and jazz music. Hailing from the United States, she is best known for her collaboration with her younger brother, Nino Tempo in the duo Nino Tempo & April Stevens . Their most famous song, "Deep Purple" earned them a "Грэмми" Award in 1964. April Stevens was also inducted into the Niagara Falls Music Hall of Fame, recognizing her contribution to the music industry. Her soft vocals and elegant style made her a prominent figure in traditional pop and jazz.
