Apollo 440 , also known as Apollo Four Forty and Apollofourforty , was a British band formed in 1990. The band worked in the electronic, big beat, and alternative rock genres. During their career, which ended in 2014, the band released several successful albums, including "Electro Glide in Blue" and "Gettin' High on Your Own Supply" Their most famous tracks, such as "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Dub" and "Stop the Rock" became hits and were used in film and video game soundtracks. Apollo 440 made a significant contribution to the development of electronic music in the 1990s.
