Andy Hull is an American singer, musician, and songwriter born on November 7, 1986. He is best known as the lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist, and primary songwriter for the indie rock band Manchester Orchestra. In addition to his work with the band, he has a side project called Right Away, Great Captain! and co-founded another project with folk musician Kevin Devine named Bad Books. Andy Hull is also the co-president of Manchester Orchestra's label, Favorite Gentlemen. His contributions have significantly shaped the alternative and indie music scenes.
