Anderson East is an American musician born on July 17, 1988, in Athens, Alabama, and currently based in Nashville, Tennessee. Known for blending R&B, soul, and roots rock, he gained recognition with his 2015 single "Satisfy Me", which received significant radio play. His major-label debut album, "Delilah", was released in July 2015 under Low Country Sound, a subsidiary of Elektra. Anderson East has contributed to the evolution of modern soul by infusing it with elements of Southern roots music.
