Against the Current is an American alternative pop band formed in 2011 in Poughkeepsie, New York. The group, consisting of lead vocalist Chrissy Costanza, guitarist Dan Gow, and drummer Will Ferri, gained prominence through their YouTube covers before transitioning to original music. They released their debut EP, "Infinity", in 2014, followed by their first full-length album, "In Our Bones", in 2016 under Fueled by Ramen. Known for tracks like "Gravity" and "Legends Never Die", the latter being the anthem for the 2017 League of Legends World Championship, the band has made a significant impact on the alternative pop scene.
