Джазовый оркестр под управлением Александра Цфасмана is a Russian ensemble founded in the 1930s, performing Russian pop music with elements of jazz. The orchestra was formed under the direction of Александра Цфасмана , one of the pioneers of jazz music in the Soviet Union. The ensemble recorded numerous popular compositions, including instrumental pieces and songs, which were performed with leading vocalists of the time. Цфасман and his orchestra made a significant contribution to the popularization of jazz in the USSR, adapting it to local musical traditions.
