Большой симфонический оркестр Всесоюзного радио и Центрального телевидения is a Russian symphony orchestra founded in 1930. Throughout its history, the orchestra has changed its name several times, reflecting changes in its structure and status: from Оркестра Всесоюзного радиокомитета to today's БСО имени П. И. Чайковского . The ensemble specializes in performing world classical masterpieces and is one of Russia's leading orchestras.
