3 Doors Down is an American rock band formed in 1996 in Escatawpa, Mississippi, by Brad Arnold, Matt Roberts, and Todd Harrell. The group gained widespread recognition with their hit single "Kryptonite", which led to a contract with Universal Records. Their debut album, "The Better Life", released in 2000, sold over 20 million copies worldwide. Known for other hits like "Here Without You" and "When I'm Gone", the band has become a staple in the alternative rock and post-grunge genres. 3 Doors Down continues to influence the rock scene with their melodic yet powerful sound.
