Лучшая молитва — покаяние,

Покаянье тщетно без прощения.

Лучшее пред Богом предстояние —

В глубине высокого смирения.

Я забудусь в таинстве молчания

Пред иконой чудной — УМИЛЕНИЕ.

Да очистят слезы покаяния

Высшую поэзию — моление.
