Well I left my home about an hour ago

Loaded Blood On The Tracks on my radio

Took the train uptown to downtown ya know

And I’m just a little lost now

Disembarked that train around 2nd Ave

Hoped to grab my bearings, hoped to cool my head

Cut down an alley but it turned up dead
