Do you think it’s poison?

I believe it’s a cure

Is it a common point between me and you?

Are we defending our idiosyncrazy?

Are we maybe thinking we still wanna get crazier?

Would it be because, we’re in a wrong direction?

Could it be a cause for our too many questions?

Is it a shame not to know what we can win and lose?

Are we to be blamed for this and for the whole world, too?

Should we reject life, in perfect empathy?

Or give everyone time and make it sweeter?

Well it seems like addiction to the human weakness

It’s like a self-restriction to what could be called happiness

And we still need more time to understand ourselves

We are like we are, there’s nothing else we meant,

One day we shall have learnt, how we have to like ourselves

Can you think of a reason, I believe it’s too pure

Too much imagination makes you feel insecured

Our backbones are bending, drawing up to the ground

Our deepest feelings like joining lips of a wound

Do we run along life, ruining it sometimes?

Do we surf on our worse lies, trying to make them die?

Preserving our aloofness, pretending not to guess

It’s a matter of decision, not a question of illusion

And we know we need more time to understand ourselves
