There’s a tram stop in front of my house.

A british pub just around the corner.

And line 36 takes me

to the soccer stadium.

The traffic is my alarm,

The streets are clean and the sun is shining.

I don’t need to hurry up

Basel awakes always after 9'o clock.

Plastic rose on my balcony

files show me the way to the front door.

The smog of the city

protects me from the sun.

When in winter the snow falls

we ice-skate down the park.

And if I break my neck and all my bones

it’s not a problem, cause the doctor’s not far.
