Junk all around

Outside my window

Sun beating down

Hot as a heat lamp

Strange buzzing sound

Out in my garden

Life can be found

Large flying insects

Small birds of prey

And tiny green reptiles

Say «Have a nice day»

And last Sunday’s paper

Rots on the ground

There amid the wreckage

Wild flowers abound

Out in my garden

Rust all around

Red on the metal

Sun beating down
