Das Hotel am Sandstrand auf dieser Insel war ganz schön gewesen

All inklusive für knapp 200 Kröten

Flug inbegriffen, man muss sich mal was gönnen

Das Handtuch macht die Liege klar und ich geh nochmal pennen

Das Personal konnte kein Wort Deutsch, sprach nur Englisch

Ich wette, dass war denen so richtig peinlich… verständlich

Schließlich hält das Geld von meiner Kanzlerin hier den Betrieb am Leben

Für die Insel-Uhreinwohner war der Strand tabu

Dafür sorgten Männer mit Gewehr und Kampfmontur

Der Sand war nett und nur die weißen Planen

Ließen ahnen, dass da ein paar Flüchtlingsleichen lagen

Fällt ei’m leicht diese Welt zu hassen

Trotzdem musste ich vor so 'nem Ding ein Selfie machen

Und upload, schließlich soll es jeder seh’n

Und in Ländern, so wie diesem gibt es Hunderte davon

Nach diesem Abenteuer hab' ich richtig Hunger bekommen

Am Buffet dann der Schock, Schnitzel hatten sie nicht

Das kommt auf jeden Fall in meinen großen Abschlussbericht

The hotel on the sandy beach on this island had been quite nice

All inclusive for almost 200 bucks

Flight included, you have to treat yourself

The towel clears the lounger and I'm going to sleep again

The staff couldn't speak a word of German, only spoke English

I bet they were really embarrassed... understandable

Other tourists should be careful not to take my lounger away

For the island's natives, the beach was taboo

Men with rifles and combat gear made sure of that

The sand was nice and just the white tarps

Foreshadowed that there were a few refugee corpses

It's easy for me to hate this world

Still, I had to take a selfie in front of something like this

And upload, after all everyone should see it

I don't close my eyes to ethical problems on vacation

And in countries like this, there are hundreds of them

After this adventure I got really hungry

Then the shock at the buffet, they didn't have schnitzel

That will definitely go into my big final report
