Depuis enfant, l’océan m’appelle

Comme si on avait la même âme

Je ne faisais que l’entendre

Mais, ce doit être l'âge

Je l’ai laissé me prendre

Je parcoure le monde sur le dos de mon voilier

Certains jours je ne sais plus où ni qui je suis

De peur d’oublier le chemin de mon foyer

Je sème derrière moi des mèches de cheveux de ma fille

J’ai beau m’oublier

Ne plus savoir jusqu'à mon nom

Comme chaque année, je prends la peine de t'écrire une lettre

Comme d’habitude j’imagine, je n’aurais jamais de réponse
