Anime, come l’altro ieri

Che offuscano i pensieri

La storia di un domani arrabbiato

Chissà se finirà

O in un altro sogno si sveglierà…

Brillano ancora le luci a Baghdad

Che sembra sempre natale in Iraq

C'è l’ombra di un kamikaze laggiù

Ma è forse solo una stella che è caduta giù

Anime, mano nella mano

Che leggono il Corano

E si atteggiano baciandosi in bocca…

Anime, fatti e non parole

Che sfidano anche il sole

E si accendono a ogni sguardo che ammicca

Ma, che notte mai sarà
