Au chant de l'alouette - Malicorne

Mon pre m’envoie-t--l'herbe, c’est pour y cueillir

Je n’ai pas cueilli, j’ai cherch des nids

Au chant de l’alouette je veille et je dors

J’coute l’alouette et puis je m’endors

J’ai trouv la caille dessus son nid

J’y marchai sur l’aile et la lui rompit

Elle me dit pucelle retire-toi d’ici

Je n' suis pas pucelle tu en as menti

Quant le temps si est pluvieux

Et qu’il se veult tourner en chault

Ung chant je chante gracieux

Et remercy le roy d’enhaut.
