Je n’entends plus le gong

Plus je chine moins je te trouve

Tu te déracines

J’ai oublié ton nom

Plus d’identité

Mais où sont tes racines?

Plus aucun papier

Ma Chine est cassée

De l’encre a coulé

J’ai l’air conditionné

Débridé

Machine à fumer

Sait plus qui elle est

Comment elle s’appelle

Est-ce que tu imagines?

Alors

Je murmure dans tes entrailles

Je n’entends plus le gong !

Qu’est-ce que tu mâches

Qu’est-ce que tu machines

Derrière les buildings?

D’en haut, je vois ce que je vaux en bas

Ta poésie me repose

Ta peau aussi c’est ma peau

Même si ta prose me détruit

J’ai ta poésie dans ma peau

I whisper inside your insides

I can't hear the gong anymore

I forgot your name

More identity

But where are your roots?

No more paper

My China is broken

Ink has flowed

I have air conditioning

Unbridled

smoking machine
