Animales amortales

Todos montados y dando vueltas

Sobre un globo enorme y azul

Suspendido en el espacio, girando

Y girando sobre sí mismo al mismo tiempo

Que gira alrededor de otro globo

Mucho más enorme y de fuego

Que también gira y gira suspendido

En el espacio que se expande

Y gira y gira y gira…

Y vamos dando vueltas

Y vueltas y vueltas y vueltas

Sin ir nunca a ninguna parte

Volviendo siempre al mismo punto

De partida…

Hasta que un día dejamos de bailar

Y nos introducen en un agujero

Del globo enorme y azul

Sin saber nunca jamás por qué

Tanto maldito vals…

Por qué será

Que cada vez que escucho la palabra

Razón, racional o razonable

Últimamente empiezo a sentir serios síntomas

De un razonable deseo

De perder la razón

Bailemos, pues, waltzing maldita

Al derecho y al revés

amortal animals

All mounted and spinning

On a huge blue balloon

Suspended in space, spinning

And turning on itself at the same time

That revolves around another globe

Much bigger and fiery

That also turns and turns suspended

In the space that expands

Always returning to the same point

Of departure…

Until one day we stopped dancing

And they put us in a hole

Of the huge blue balloon

Never ever knowing why

So much damn waltz...

why will it be

That every time I hear the word

Reason, rational or reasonable

Lately I'm starting to feel serious symptoms

Of a reasonable desire

of losing reason
