Великая страна великих людей!

Россия... услышала об этой новой музыке примерно в начале девяностых.

Именно в тот момент, когда народ сбросил оковы сгнившего тоталитарного государства, погрязшего в гонке вооружений, холодной войне, двоемыслии... Когда страна вздохнула свободно... Увидела горизонты и решила, что станет частью всего мира...

Эта новая музыка нашла отклик в душах людей своей честностью, протестом и бескомпромиссным криком о правах и свободах человека.

Шли годы...

Менялась страна, менялась и эта музыка...

Постепенно она приелась.

Стала сытой, самодовольной, попсовой.

И превратилась в полную противоположность самой себе в начале.

Незаметно и вся Великая страна вернулась обратно ко вражде со всем миром, торжеству пропаганды и полицейскому режиму.

Как-будто бы стрелки часов, пройдя полный круг, оказались на циферблате на том же самом месте.

Означает ли это, что в своём первоначальном виде та самая бескомпромиссная музыка свободы должна вернуться снова?

Great country of great people!

Russia... heard about this new music around the beginning of the nineties.

It was at that moment when the people threw off the shackles of a rotten totalitarian state, mired in an arms race, a cold war, doublethink... When the country breathed freely... It saw the horizons and decided that it would become part of the whole world...

This new music resonated in the souls of people with its honesty, protest and uncompromising cry for human rights and freedoms.

Years passed...

The country has changed, this music has changed...

Gradually she got used to it.

Became well-fed, smug, pop.

And she turned into the complete opposite of herself in the beginning.

Imperceptibly, the entire Great Country returned back to enmity with the whole world, the triumph of propaganda and the police regime.

As if the hands of the clock, having passed a full circle, were on the dial in the same place.

Does this mean that, in its original form, that same uncompromising music of freedom must return again?
