Тянется куда-то вереница ночных огней,

Может, надо было бы явиться на свет другой,

Но ей поздно.

Время выбирать уже осталось давно во сне, но

Это её кино, и кто бы его не ставил,

Всё уже написано и предрешено,

Маленькое, знаете ли, авторское кино.

Как легко находит объяснение ночь всему,

Что-то незаметно повторится точь-в-точь,

И всё ж ему…

Жаль, что время не имеет перемотки назад

В монтаж, но это его кино,

И как оно там бывает,

Знаем и не знаем, нам понять не дано,

Это, понимаете ли, авторское кино.

Хоть на миг легче, если ты рядом,

Но плывут вечно вдаль корабли,

На один может быть день,

На одну только бы ночь,

Чтоб рассвет сделал шаг до земли.

Катится куда-то, завершая свой круг, Луна,

Всё так удивительно меняя вокруг,

И он, и она знают…

Что-нибудь придётся непременно сказать сейчас, но

Это про них кино,

И тот, кто его снимает,

Солнечными кадрами стучится в окно,

Жизнь это маленькое авторское кино.

Хоть на миг легче, если ты рядом,

Но плывут вечно вдаль корабли,

На один может быть день,

На одну только бы ночь,

Чтоб рассвет сделал шаг до земли.
