Et puis on est parti à pied

Dîner sur un' nappe en papier

Et je revois nos mains qui tremblent

Autour de nous les gens riaient

Et cette imag' de nous ensemble

Si loin déjà dans un reflet

Ell' regardait la rue passer

Moi je repensais au passé

Je suis rentré dans sa maison

Une pièce et d’mie rue Saint-Simon

Pour remporter mes habitudes

Et pour reprendr' ma solitude

Et tout à coup, tout doucement

Elle a enlevé ses bas blancs
