C'était avant la fin du monde

Juste avant la grande marée

Des fusils qu’on avait jetés

Et la bannière américaine

Dont les étoiles étaient tombées

J’ai trouvé la dernière baleine

Et quelques autres mammifères

Qui pardonnaient au capitaine

D’avoir pollué l’eau de la mer

J’ai trouvé des gens décidés

Qui avaient échappé au drame

Mais qui n’avaient pas oublié

C'était pour faire un autre monde

Qu’ensemble ils s'étaient embarqués

Comme dans l’arche de Noé
