Was hab ich hier zu suchen?

Was hab ich hier verloren?

Wenig Feuer, zuviel Rauch,

Diese Stadt ist wie ein Bauch,

Auf die allerfernste Insel.

Nichts dabei als Aspirin

Un im Kopf ein laengst vergess’nes Blutgerinsel.

Aber nichts ist fuer immer,

Wenn ich die Zeichen hier richtig versteh.

Bald kommt ein Licht am Ende des Tunnels,

Bald erreichen wir die offene See.

Ich laufe um mein Leben

Und komm doch nicht vom Fleck.

Ich werd mich nie ergeben,

Ich bleibe hier nicht kleben,

Ich muss hier einfach irgendwie weg.

Kennst du das Gefuehl, eine Stewardess zu sein,

Und bei jedem Start den Notausgang zu zeigen,

Und keiner schaut dir zu,

Lauter bleiche Passagiere,

Die sich krampfhaft in die Sportberichte beugen?
