Doch wahre Liebe kann das wohl nicht sein,

Was man dort kaufen kann.

Mancher Seemann hat schon seine Heuer,

Auf einmal hier durchgebracht.

Fr ein kurzes vergngen,

In einer Sankt Pauli nacht.

Ja die rauchigen Kneipen,

Sind immer noch wie sie mal waren.
