Doch sein Schein berhrt dich nicht

Ich seh die Schatten auf deinem Gesicht

1000 Narben in den Zgen eingegraben

Sie sind alle schon fort

Wohin sie gingen, weit du nicht

Nur ihr Fleisch blieb zurck

Ihr Blut in deinen Augen trbt die Sicht

Wie ein Abglanz vom Licht

Und ein weitrer Teil von dir zerbricht…

Doch manchmal ist da eine Stimme

Die aus dem Dunkel zu dir spricht

Du kennst ihren sanften Klang

Doch ihren Namen kennst du nicht

Du verstehst kaum, was sie dir sagt

Und irgendwann verstummt sie ganz

Das Schemen verschwand im Lichterglanz

Von deinen Hnden tropft das dunkle — Rot…

Und du bleibst allein zurck mit dem — Tod…

Von dem, was du tatest

Wendest du ab das Gesicht

Niemand soll dich so sehen

Hier, im Abglanz vom Licht…
