Жил-был спасательный круг

У него был квадратный друг,

А еще треугольный сын,

Но жил он совсем один

Однажды его жена

Похожая на слона

Сказала ему: «Прости!»

И растаяла в пропасти

Он жил, и в своих мечтах

Путешествовал он на кротах,

Но птица его мечты

Клевала зерно пустоты

И вот, среди белого дня

Он тихо спросил у меня:

«Скажи, это верный знак

Что что-то идет не так?»

Он стойко терпел печаль

И сам превратился в сталь,

А мог бы исчезнуть вдали,

Но молча считал корабли

И только на цифре сто

Он понял, что что-то не то

И в звуках небесных струн

Рассыпался тысячью лун

Once upon a time there was a lifeline

He had a square friend

And also a triangular son,

But silently counted the ships

And only on the number one hundred

He realized that something was not right

And in the sounds of heavenly strings

Shattered into a thousand moons
