The great sun sinks dragging all knowledge down

Unhallowed chants of the enemy now rise from below

Iniquity, my dearest friend

Down and down you help me fall

There folly floods over flesh

Becoming an entity of horror

Shall desolation be the fate of mine?

Will future declare me a being of scorn?

Yes I have fallen, but only to rise

This desolate existence to be lifted beyond skies

From dry earth this body came

To now in same dust remain

In body spirit does dwell

Formed and placed in mortal shell

I once heard of a place so pure

With symphonic winds from each corner of earth

An ocean of light, with rainfall of stars

Shining waters below be like land under feet

Within those ancient waters I will see the face of immortality

Then it comes wave after wave and washes over me

One thousand years, one thousand voices

Are not enough to utter the greatness of what has become

From dry earth this body came

All else is washed away

As I am ensorcelled by you oceans of lustre

You forest leaves how you dance in midwinter air

You meadows of tranquility

Each hour brings forth new wonder
