Where arrogance and ignorance stand boldly hand in hand

No tremors of resistance rock this once insurgent land

With IV´s to the TV we sit idly by and cheer as we interrupt this program with

a brand new brand of beer

She ends up in the kitchen finishing the plates bitching our protesters,

how they don´t appreciate

The freedom in this country, her husband clears, his throat

«if they really loved America, they wouldn´t rock the boat»

You say our freedom´s founded in our willingness to fight

So why oppose the fight for change by saying it´s not right

The precept of democracy´s to be the people´s rule

If you won´t rule your government, they´ll use as their tool
