В железном дворце греха живет наш ласковый враг:

На нем копыта и хвост, и золотом вышит жилет —

А где-то в него влюблена дева пятнадцати лет,

Потому что с соседями скучно, а с ним — может быть, нет.

Ударим в малиновый звон;

спасем всех дев от него, подлеца;

Посадим их всех под замок, а к дверям приложим печать.

Но девы морально сильны и страсть как не любят скучать,

И сами построят дворец, и найдут как вызвать жильца.

По морю плывет пароход, из трубы березовый дым;

На мостике сам капитан, весь в белом, с медной трубой.

А снизу плывет морской змей и тащит его за собой;

Но, если про это не знать, можно долго быть молодым.

Если бы нас было сто, мы бы пели за круглым столом —

А так неизвестный нам, но похожий

На ястреба с ясным крылом,

Ходить из Непала в Сикким загадочной горной тропой;

Our gentle enemy lives in the iron palace of sin:

He has hooves and a tail, and a vest embroidered with gold -

And somewhere a maiden of fifteen is in love with him,

Because it’s boring with neighbors, but maybe not with him.

Let's hit the crimson ringing;

save all the virgins from him, the scoundrel;

Let's put them all under lock and key, and put a seal on the doors.

But the virgins are morally strong and passion, as they do not like to be bored,

And they will build the palace themselves, and find how to call a tenant.

A steamer is sailing on the sea, birch smoke from the chimney;

The captain himself is on the bridge, all in white, with a copper pipe.

And below, a sea serpent swims and drags him along;

But if you don't know about it, you can be young for a long time.

So let's leave worldly affairs and all leave for Tibet,
