Solingen und Mölln, Hoyerwerda, Lichtenhagen

Nationalbefreite Zonen wohin Menschen sich nicht wagen

Der Anstand probte Aufstand mit ner Kerze in der Hand

Lichterketten zogen sich bewirksam durch das ganze Land

Die Gewalt hörte nicht auf, jetzt nach 130 Toten

Wäre es doch an der Zeit Zivilcourage mal zu belohnen

Doch stattdessen kommt dies Urteil, blanker Hohn, ich fass es nicht

Wo deutsches Recht zu Unrecht wird, wird Widerstand zur Pflicht!

Decency rebelled with a candle in hand

Strings of lights effectively spread across the country

The violence did not stop, now after 130 deaths

Wouldn't it be high time to reward civil courage?

But instead comes this verdict, sheer mockery, I can't believe it

Where German law becomes unjust, resistance becomes a duty!
