Aus dunklen Schatten tief empor

Jenseits des Dogmas der Zeit

Schwebend in die Anderswelt

Die Seele längst dem Tode geweiht

Still wie der Mond, so schweigend

Nur Stolz der bleibt, und alte Träume

Schon lange keine Regung

Schon lang kein Gefühl

Emotionen zu Eis gefroren

Kein Schmerz, kein Leid, keine Traurigkeit

Sie sind für immer verloren

Die Sehnsucht nach Leben

In weiter Ferne Erinnerung

Schon verblasst, kaum spürbar mehr

Ewig wartend auf die Erlösung
