A road not taken yet a road always seen

Should we leave the past in past

That it be buried in weeds?

Blurs find their edge

A boundless sky Embraces the black

Before me a horizon of embers — a void at my back

A choice before me, A pill that I force down

Chase the cure with my pride

So much that I must drown
