The city sets the motion

And the people feel its pace

Where it stops I have no motion

And the prospect is so hard to face

My room was dim I wished for better

But what I gained was so much worse

This concrete’s garden is overgrowing

And the city life is just a curse

There’s building reaching out they’re all around me

Stone fingers up to the sky

Keeping out the sun and air that’s all around me

Choked by these weeds I cry

Long time ago the world lost Eden

I find it hard to point my finger
